Russell L. Donley

Around the late 1990's our company was doing mortgages, principally refinancing. Russ found that most families would return a short time later to refinance but wouldn't be any better off financially than the first time he saw them. Since Russ had spent years teaching people how to get out of debt as quickly as possible this really bothered him. He found a system (the P.L.A.N.) designed to pay off a family's debts, including their mortgage, in under ten years, saving them many thousands of dollars in the process. Since then RLDA has helped hundreds of Wyoming families on their way to financial freedom!

Russ retired in 2005 to serve a mission with his wife. He sold the business to his daughter Tammy and is happy to have her carry on the proud tradition of helping people. Prior to doing this work Russ was a civil engineer, graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors degree & the University of Florida with his Masters degree. He served in the Wyoming Legislature for sixteen years, ending as the Speaker of the House, and has participated in several small to large business ventures over his career.

Since 1960, the love of his life has been Karen Kocherhans Donley. Next on his list are their three daughters, twelve grandchildren and a growing number of great grandchildren. Russ, a Wyoming native, takes great delight in teaching his posterity the wonders of the great state of Wyoming, from duck hunting in Afton to back packing and fishing the wonders of the Wind Rivers! Probably the only thing that comes close to the love Russ has for his family is his passion for his church activity and golf!

Tammy Romero

Tammy, a Wyoming native, loves helping people get out debt quickly! After receiving her Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming, and then a law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, she spent several years being a full-time mom & wife and a part-time attorney. Around the time her baby left the nest, her parents also flew the coop. Dad, the Russ of Russell L. Donley & Assoc, LLC decided to serve a mission. Tammy was looking for a change in her life (a mid-life crisis?) and volunteered to run the business while Dad was gone. Dad decided he REALLY liked the retired life so Tammy bought the business.

The best part of this business is that when you're done helping a client EVERYONE still loves you because you've helped them! Although Tammy loves her work, her favorite things in life are her husband David and the rest of her family (especially her grandson!), any family activity, her church activity, reading, gardening, and any outdoor activities, especially backpacking in the beautiful Wyoming mountains.

Lowell Lund

Lowell has been a Casper resident since 1978. Lowell earned his BA degree from Nebraska Christian College in 1959. Marrying while in college (wife is Lenora), the next forty years saw the birth of four children, the 'adoption' of one, almost forty foster children, a three year Army hitch in the Adjutant General's Corp, over 20 years in the pulpit ministry, owning and running businesses in three states, District Manager for a Merrill Lynch life insurance company, and on the road sales work from coast to coast and border to border.

In 1998 Lowell settled into place as one of Russ' associates in providing financial services. Realizing the need to provide more help to financially embattled families than temporary 'quick fixes', Russ and Lowell investigated and embraced the Financial Insights accelerated debt elimination program now featured by Russell L Donley & Associates, LLC. From a very slow and cautious beginning, RLDA, LLC, has helped hundreds of Wyoming families climb out from under financial burdens, onto the path leading to financial freedom and independence.

In addition to helping people financially, Lowell maintains an active role with his church (where he is still one of the youth sponsors and leaders), spends time with his family, including his wife (same one he married in 1958), children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, while still pursuing a variety of hobbies and other interests.

David Sibbett

David grew up a Wyoming native in Cowley, Wyoming with his wonderful family of 5 sisters and 3 brothers. After graduation from Rocky Mountain High School in Byron, Wyoming he went on a 2 year mission for his church in Dallas, TX.

Following his mission he spent 2 years at Northwest College in Powell, WY where he received his Associates degree in Business Administration/Accounting. During his time in Powell, he also met his beautiful wife Anna. David went on to finish his schooling at the University of Wyoming where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Minor in Finance, and Real Estate Certificate. Directly following his college graduation he started working at Russell L. Donley & Assoc, LLC where he has enjoyed helping people see the light at the end of the tunnel.

David and his wife Anna are expecting their first child in June of 2008. Wish him luck! Some of David's favorite things are his love of sports, watching the Patriots lose the Super Bowl, pepperoni pizza, traveling, and spending time with his family.
